During this program we will give you tips on how you can make the necessary changes to help you relaunch your career by using what we call, “The 4 R’s: reflect, re-engage, research, and reboot”.

COVID has made many Americans reevaluate their careers and try to get on the right path to a “great restart”. According to research done by Prudential’s Pulse of the American Worker Survey conducted by Morning Consult, about half of workers say that the pandemic has made them reevaluate their career goals, while 48% are rethinking the type of job they want, and 53% would retrain for a career in a different field or industry if given the opportunity. We realize that change is not easy for everyone, so during this program we will give you tips on how you can make the necessary changes to help you relaunch your career by using what we call, “The 4 R’s: reflect, re-engage, research, and reboot”.
